Jerry was very knowledgeable and gave sound advice regarding a number of different policy options, whilst taking into our account our personal situation - it definitely wasn't "generic" advice. I'd previously used another Financial Adviser in the past not Haven, who I initially approached in regards to our latest lot of work, but the advice was so generic I decided to approach Jerry instead and I am so glad I did. Kym and the Haven team have been fantastic to work with. Very helpful in getting a good balance between our insurance coverages and premiums across multiple trusted insurance providers. The use of virtual calls provided flexibility in scheduling appointments and even then, Kym made sure we got the timings right so we wouldn’t experience any delay in getting our policies sorted.
