Give those frozen pork soft bones an BIG MISS! to much fat in it! there was no soft bones in the 2x packets it at all just frozen meat and fat!! we were scooping the fat off the top every day before reheating.. such a pity because all there other meat is top notch...

Best range of sausages I have ever seen. We got a few types from the store and loved them both. And super friendly service. Worth a detour through Edgecumbe if you are travelling the BOP, this butcher is a gem.
I have been using Rangitaiki for a few years now and they are easy to deal with, honest about their prices and they do a good job processing the meat. You can ask what you want they will do it. Their sausages are delicious. They make sure the animals are not stressed and done quick. I have had both sheep and beef and very happy with their services.
Never again.nCommunication was terrible.nMeat was supposed to be vacuumed packed, but all ended up plastic layers between. So had to re-pack all at home otherwise it would all be freezer burnt.nSupposed to have had blue cheese sausages as well. But told on pick up that they didn’t have the ingredients.nSorry but unless they practice what they preach I won’t return.nOne bitten twice shy.
