A compact little gym with everything you need and nothing you don't. Good parking, a handy location close to my workplace, great price. Highly recommend!

Good equipment. Rarely too busy. Extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. No air-conditioning but very well ventilated and plenty of powerful fans.

Awesome atmosphere. Awesome people. Good weights love it. Been coming here over 3 years since they started.

Awesome environment only thing that could be improved is more verity of machines like for instance town gym
