We cannot thank Rakaia Service Centre enough for their incredible help when we had a breakdown on the highway. They responded immediately, towed our car, and went above and beyond by arranging a bus ticket to our destination. On top of that, they managed to sell our car for us, and even transferred the money directly to our account. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly saved us in a stressful situation. If you’re ever in need of help, this is the team you can trust. Highly recommended!
I cant thank the team enough for everything they helped us with today. We had an engine failure on the highway we called them and they were honest from the beginning on and very helpful. One of the Team came down the highway for us and helped us get off the road. During my search for a Jeep specialist in the Christchurch area, I stumbled across this business. After speaking to Scott the owner who as very approachable and later Reen their the office manager, I quickly recognised their business was genuine, their mechanical knowledge significant and communication with customers excellent. Having since had a sizeable repair complete, I can say the drive out to Rakaia from Christchurch is more than justified and I can’t fault their work. Well done team - keep up the great service.
