Good walk but I was foolishly thinking that it was going to be along the river
Easy walk that's a decent length. Dog friendly. Carparks at either end. Bit of a view. I seen 2 wood pigeons halfway in.
It's very exposed, but on a mild winter day, it's perfect for seeing the new spring lambs and a great view across to the mountains. Nothing special but a nice wee trak if your in the area.
Beautiful track :
I use the walkway for a run. It's just over 6 km, what is a good distance to start off with. Be aware that you are exposed to all elements, so dress or protect yourself appropriately
