Welcome to Rainbow Falls Tea House, a beautiful New Zealand Villa dating back to the 1920’s. The perfect place to sit back and relax and drink tea!

Story

Rainbow Falls Tea House has recently opened, situated next door to Rainbow Falls in KeriKeri, near Bay of Islands New Zealand. We serve morning and afternoon tea as well as offering light lunch. Our Tea Menu offers guests a wide selection of teas sourced from around the world. Our Traditional Morning and Afternoon Tea includes a selection of savoury pastries, hand crafted sandwiches, homemade cakes, and freshly baked scones – and we don’t hold back on our serving of delicious homemade jam and clotted cream. We pride ourselves on using the best local seasonal produce and handpicked ingredients from the garden and local producers.

Don’t hurry your tea, it’s a flavourful loose leaf variety to be drunk slowly and you are invited to sit back, relax and enjoy it in a traditional English garden setting.

Venue & setting is lovely but we were a little disappointed with the food. Maybe it depends if you want cakes, sandwiches etc.? We chose something requiring cooking and it could have been done a lot better!

We arrive early to visit Rainbow falls and we found this pearl of a place, all the ladies working there were nice and the cakes absolutely super yummy. Service from the girl from Florence impeccable.
The scones were soft and yummy with their cream and jam. The ambiance is just beautiful. We went during early summer and their garden was blooming with pretty flowers. You can feel so relaxed yet happy at the same time.
Lovely place and the food/tea was great too! Would 100% recommend to anyone passing by!
Very nice with lovely setting amongst the flowering trees and shrubs with fantails hopping around the branches.
Wonderful, authentic cream tea with clotted cream and the scones were devine.
