These guys were amazing! Called in to book and they were able to see my car within the same day. Super friendly team. Much better than John Andrew Ford in Henderson they ripped me off $1580 Don't go there but Railside Auto was under $250 and had better service than the other big company. We had been having issues with our car for a while now. Took it to different mechanics and they all say they don't know what the issue is as well as charged us $3k for pretty much a full service, as they didn't fix the issue with our transmission. Took car to these guys and the boss picked up the issue with just me discribing the problem. Fixed our car and has been running smoothly. Very grateful for this team. The boss is so awesome to deal with. I went to pick up my car and he asked me what plans do we have for the weekend, told him a bit of my life and health issues and the challenges my family would be doing to raise money for cancer. He then turned to me and said "if your car fails the warrant for anything, bring it back to my guys and they will fix the issue free of charge, that is our contribution for the fundraising". My heart just sank, he came around and gave me a hug and wished me well. I couldn't stop crying on my way home, knowing that there are still good people out there in the world. Am very grateful for this team and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone I know. A pure fraud ! Have been trapped by a business called Railside Auto Centre, purchased Japanese car service for $ 49 but when I called the company and was informed there will be a compulsory surcharge of $ 65 for changing oil filter otherwise they won't order the $ 49 voucher, makes the total $ 114 while other garages only charge for $ 59 or $ 69 for the same service items. Their website does not mention that filter charge $ 65 is a must, only saying " Oil filter can be changed for an additional charge payable direct to the merchant" which it clearly an option which customer can opt out. This is a trap and deceptive conduct. This merchant simply offend the consumer law by providing a misleading advertisement on Grabone, and won’t refund my money by saying I can make complains against them everywhere if I can, simply shameless !!! WARNING! Went here for an oil change and WOF. Got an oil change plus a service check in response. Excellent service with a discount for being a senior citizen. Great job done very quickly. They were friendly and kept me informed about the job and notified me when it was ready. Highly recommendedService: Oil change

The team are awesome and accommodating. Times for jobs given and then done in time. Jobs are well done because I rarely go back unless for WOF or service. Tyres were done recently for a really affordable price. Loyal customers are treated well.

I thought i only had one problem on my car turns out there was alot more work that needed to be done thanks to railside auto centre they were able to fix my baby up & get her back on the road again, will definitely be going back for my brakes & spark plugs to be done!
