Excellent customer service, was very impressed specially when compared to the surf shop next door where sadly staff was very unhelpful. Have a wide variety of brands and products. In the middle of town. Highly recommend.
Usually don't do reviews, but this guys deserve it! Friendly uncomplicated staff with top brand new surfboards and wetsuits to hire at the best price that we found in Town! Great local tips also! Next time in Raglan, I will grab a surfboard there and go straight to the waves! Cheers mates!
Of all the surf shops in Raglan, I had the hardest time getting any kind of assistance at this one while searching for a surfboard. Their prices also seem to be significantly higher than the other surf shops down the street. Clean store, well laid out, enough merchandise, just not very competitive with the other 5 surf shops in the area.
