Simply͏ outstanding From our very first meeting Dean and Alena provided a thoroughly professional and friendly service. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. Alena's eye for detail in staging the house was amazing. Coupled with Dean's considered approach, made us feel confident we'd chosen the best team to sell our house. Exceptional,͏ child friendly agents who transformed our home into a gem. Dean and Alena helped my mother sell her house a few months prior to us listing ours. They helped her so much and made the process very easy for her so it was an easy call for us as to who we wanted to list with. Alena provided us with amazing advice on how to get our house ready to sell, and was incredibly realistic with what we could do with young children. She even bought around a big container filled with cushions, throws, towels, and ornaments etc to stage our house for photos and open homes. When a private viewing was arranged they gave us plenty of warning, and always strived to stay away from the times we fed out children. They spent a good amount of time talking to our 3 year old as well, explaining who they were and why they were helping us sell our house. They gave great tips on how to settle him into the idea of moving as well. Dean and Alena always went above and beyond what was expected of them. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. Selling a house with two young children was incredibly stressful however we always felt we were in capable hands, and even when things did get stressful they had easy solutions to help us. Thank you Dean and Alena for everything. You helped us transform our home into a gem and we will forever be grateful for your wisdom, gentle demeanor, and friendly chats. Awesome͏ agent, We have brought two houses through Hamish and have only positive things to say, his knowledge and advise is bang on. He is always available for a chat at stupid o’clock and quick to respond to any questions. He made lots of time for us and took us to see multiple houses while we were looking.
