It Starts With You!
Ripped Training/Bootcamp is type of outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness bootcamps, most are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.
Ripped Training Bootcamps:
Monday: 05:30 am to 06:30 am - 18:30 pm to 19:30 pm
Wednesday: 05:30 am to 06:30 am - 18:30 pm to 19:30 pm
Friday: 05:30 am to 06:30 am - 18:30 pm to 19:30 pm

Tuesday: 18:30 pm to 20:00 pm [COMING SOON]
