I am writing to express our appreciation for David and his team at Quinovic Viaduct for their management our apartment in the Metropolis in Auckland's CBD. We do not live in Auckland and so their support for our needs and that of our tenants has been exemplary. I highly recommend Quinovic Viaduct for any prospective landlord seeking assistance with reliable vetting of potential tenants and smooth management of the property. I know too that our tenants have been pleased with their interaction with David and the team.
Taking this opportunity to express how grateful we are to have David & Deepika to be of such great assistance and to have demonstrated genuine kindness as property managers. David and his team have gone out of their way to deliver such top notch service to my partner and I as tenants. They were very prompt in sending over temporary fridges to assist us during a very difficult time fridge malfunction and proceeded in liaising with Trade Depot to ensure we received prompt replacement from them. My partner and I are both extremely satisfied towards the kind & thoughtful service provided by the team. Highly recommended! :D
Quinovic Viaduct Apartment is a lovely, clean and very welcoming space with water views to stay in Auckland Central Heart. Our agent Deepika Dee help us twice to find our stay here, she was very professional, efficient and extremely helpful in responding to and supporting any needs in our daily life. We have lived in our Quinovic rental home for coming up 8 years this year. I have personally had the pleasure of dealing with David and his team ,and I can confirm we have had nothing but exceptional service the entire time. Covid and job loss played a huge part during the last few years for our family, unexpectedly when we hit a number of hurdles - the first thing David did was call to check in and see if there was anything he could do to help. I could never fault David and his teams communication and it was wonderful to be spoken to as person, not just a number. Really grateful for everything that has done for myself and my family - could not fault any of the service provided by this amazing team - Thank you!
Deepika has been our agent for the last two years we've lived in the viaduct. She was helpful, open, transparent, and reliable throughout the process of finding an apartment we absolutely loved; she really cared about us, understood our needs and was easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. The team at quinovic have been great to deal with. Their patience, understanding and assistance has been extremely helpful. They were in the unenviable position of having to break our lease in contract due to unforeseen circumstances and made the situation as easy and painless as possible by offering alternative properties and being super flexible around our exit. Highly recommend them as ethical and honest for both owners and tenants.
David and his team have been outstanding from start to finish. I work in the Property Management Industry so to see this level of service brings a massive smile to my face. He has gone out of his way on more than one occasion to look after me and as a tenant I feel extremely valued. A++
