Over our 3-years tenancy, we have been dealing with Quinovic's North Harbour branch. We have only had good experiences with their property managers and cannot say anything but high praises to this team. I have rent with many place but so far this is the best service that I have received. Unfortunately our contract is coming to the end because of personal reason, but throughout our contract all the staff has been very helpful. They take very good care of us, whenever there is any issue at the house they always respond quick and gets the issue fixed. They work really well with the house owner and us, may also be because of our house owner is very reasonable. This is the first real estate that make me feel like they are also assisting us tenants not just the property owner. We are very satisfied with the service we received since the beginning until now. If I am looking for a property in the North Shore in the future I will definitely contact them again.
Quinovic property managers have looked after my properties for over 20 years. They are very professional, great communicators and resolve any issues promptly. I would differently recommend them.
