Outstanding. I would rate this place higher than 5 stars if I could. The host was very friendly and accommodating without being invasive or excessive.  The room was spotlessly clean, with the heater turned on before our arrival. The furnishings were all top quality, much nicer than the usual motel fittings. Very quiet and private.  The deluxe breakfast was definitely worth the extra money, lots of options, well cooked and presented, and big enough that we didn't need lunch that day.  The gardens outside were extensive and beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring them, even in very early spring.  Highly recommend.
