Very friendly and up for a chat which was nice while we waited for shuttle.

The girls behind the counter assisted us on two occasions with our activities. They were nice and polite and ensured we didn’t miss either of our activities .

Very helpful! They provided a lot of info... to include a map with nearby hikes in Queenstown.

I was quite unlucky to have dealt with the American/Canadian girl who wasn’t so interested in helping. She was a little rude and as she was training she was also ignoring some of my questions. I understand you are training someone but you could also be a more customer focused.

Staff were polite and helpful. Parking and access extremely difficult for people with disabilities. Twisted ankle on sloped footpaths. Not fault of the centre.

I didn’t book here as I booked online but it was a nice place to stay out of the cold while wait for my awesome jet boat ride. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who competently answered all my questions
