$19 per Adult skater (including skate hire)
$15 per Student/Child skater
$7.50 Child 4 and under
$60 Family Pass (2 Ad + 2 Ch)
add $5 per skater for an all day pass allowing multiple re-entries. Otherwise skaters can skate as long as they wish but once skates are returned to skate hire you must rehire them to skate again.

Skates were very comfortable. They have laces instead of buckles which is way more comfortable. Bumper cars were ok but they take up about half of the ice rink. This is the BEST ice rink I’ve ever been to in my 50 plus years of skating! This rink is run the way ice arenas should be run. The facility is very clean. The warming room area and the food available to purchase there is such a nice touch. Disney movies and a fire in that area are such nice touches. The ice quality is good too. It’s so nice that at the end of the day the option to shoot sticks and pucks is available. And…helmets and skating aids are available too! We just had such a nice time skating here and want to return!
Had a fun couple of hours with the fam but the volume of the music was too much. It was a sensory overload experience. If they turned off the music during the day or lowered it or play music later in the day for the older kids, I would go back and recommend to other parents and younger children. Way too loud to hear or pay attention to what is going on to the little ones.
Was an ok experience , the bumping were not really exciting and a bit meh Maybe a bunch of kids or teens if they go together could make a difference The rink was nice and clean and big but received no help or support or guidance on skating as promised which was not cool The price of rental supports are too high, 35$ for each to support if you needed. Staff seemed very flat and not interested in their work at all. Watching the morning games were fun though. Would not go again or recommend in general.
top experience , first time , several almost falls lol. in the cuddles it was very funny, we were very well attended, there was an explanation about the cuddles, about the skating it was a very nice experience, you have the option to stay for a long time public skating good that you can practice

Fantastic place right in the Queenstown Gardens and walkable from downtown. Big rink where you can rent skates and skate around and a nice cafe attached to it. The staff is very friendly, we did first skating lessons for our little one and the instructor was great. Loved it
It was a nice option to visit the skating arena when the weather out was not conducive to outside activities. We expected it to be packed but it wasnt. Staff were welcoming and helpful. At $19 per person it was a reasonable fee for all day skating which includes skate hire.
Queenstown Ice Arena is a great place to have fun and practice at the same time. Really friendly staff and little to no wait time to check-in. Although the bumper cars was only 10 minutes, it still was fun to play on them. The ice skating rink is the main thing. Most of the time there is barely anyone so even if you slip and fall I did a couple of times no one will be there to see you. Having the option to have music of your choice playing as well is also a great feature to the ice rink. Overall, I will definitely come back here if I ever get a chance to!
