Excellent recreational area to host international outdoor sports events and also a beautiful recreational and indoor sports swimming pool complex. The main lanes Pool rage from 26° for athletes training, aqua joggers and swimmers that are exersisng or a bit more energetic.34° to a nice hot 40° for the other pools if you're wanting nice 'n warm to hot soaking. Nice aqua play with the two water cannons/guns and an area for the wee nippers to sitand play. Open booth lockers, security code combination lockers along withneat, clean changing rooms. Something for everyone at the cafe.
Good gym, friendly staff, decent kit, decent pool, all the basics everything you need. But missing the extra stuff

Love the rock climbing gym! Rhys was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, helpful and informative, helping me and my group to feel safer and smarter about climbing. Rhys provided a phenomenal experience that I would recommend to anybody at any level of climbing. Hope to see him here for years and years to come!
Great facilities and lots of parking available. You can book the court for tennis / Table Tennis / basketball etc for an hourly rate. There’s a rock wall in the court and a big field outside for football games. There’s a gym, pool, and classes for those interested.
