The car wash didn't meet the expectations. The car was still dirty. There was literally no soap and foam used on the car during automatic car wash. The second disappointment was the vacuum. The vacuum seems to be deliberately underpowered to save on electricity. The powered ones make a loud noise. It couldn't pick up any little dirt particles. I can't recommend this car wash.
Mike and his team have kept our cars in pristine condition for years. Their professional and meticulous attention to detail has kept our vehicles in new condition. The most recent scratches have miraculously disappeared and all the dog fur has gone too. Thank You Deb & Peter
Such a shame, I’m sure this place is great for plenty of cleaning as it was super packed with cars, however my experience using the SoftTouch Brush automated car wash was so disappointing.nnAbsolutely no shade intended, just a bit of honestly that might help someone else, or bring issue to attention of the business staffs.nOne side was left mostly dusty/dry muddied I’m talking 85% of dust/dirt that hadn’t even gotten wet from the door handles down to the base of the car.nnI’m particular about ensuring I’ve parked dead-centre between the yellow lines as stated so it’s not a position issue….just totally inconsistent and bordering pointless honestly - which grinds my gears a teensy bit when you’ve waited, waited, paid, waited….only to pull into the at rental office to realise the car isn’t even cleannnnnnnnnHopefully it’s just a hiccup and just needs a service?? But Maybe best to stick to the self service washing for now or for my lazy gals - give the no-touch automated wash a go to see if that works any better to really ensure you’re left with a car as clean as you’d hope from a car wash!nnLazy gals
Massive thanks to Mike and the team for bringing my Falcon back to life. Took it in to get it ready for sale and the it was absolutely gleaming inside and out when they had finished. Reall nice guys. Highly recommend
