Something needs to change here with the booking system. Made an appointment for a certain time and wasn’t seen till a whole hour later. I understand it’s Xmas and it’s busy but this has got to change. Get a system on a laptop or have a receptionist that can book appointments and times properly. However nails do always come out nice.Service: Manicure
I got some beautiful purple ombré acrylic nails done and I’m super happy with the results. I also got my mums nails done and she got the shellac manicure and she ended up also getting super beautiful multicoloured nails turn out was amazing I would definitely highly recommend queenies and the staff were so lovely, will be going back again soon Services: Manicure
Don’t go there if you want to be pampered and to feel they care. I had 5 different girls doing my nails & pedicure. Even though I booked I didn’t get an allocation of time. Also the colour didn’t match the sample ‍Services: Acrylic nails
This was a very painful experience!! I am used to my acrylic nails being removed by soaking them off but at this appointment they actually just pried them off my nail by using a nail extension tip and running it between the acrylic and my natural nail and then 'popping' the acrylic off. It hurt!!! I was so shocked at the time that i didnt say anything but by the time i got home later on that evening, my nails were throbbing. Worst experience i have ever had!! I emailed them to let them know but i didnt even get a response back - such a shame, because my previous appointment was awesome i would have recommended them to anyone. Now though, i will be warning everyone instead!!!!Services: Synthetic nail removal
Very long wait although I was booked in for 2pm. Loved the nails but took over 2 hours for a simple soak off and reapply.
Very unorganized, they take heaps of clients more than they can handle. It don’t matter if you got a booking, that doesn’t guarantee you getting an A+ service nor time. You gotta have at least 2,3 hours to get something done here ‍‍
My first time the service is amazing fast and such lovely atmosphere I felt very comfortable and love my new nails... They were so helpful on a last minute call for helpService: Acrylic nails
The wonderful ladies at Queenie's have been doing my nails for years. Fantastic service and always friendly and helpful. My nails last about a month no chips and get lots of comments about how lovely they look. I have recommended them to several friends who are all regular customers now. Responsible prices. Book an appointment so you will not be disappointed.
I would 100% recommend this place! Great service. Chatty and friendly staff. I got acrylic manicure and pedicure and they did a superb job of my nails. Ive been getting them done for years so know the standard and they did a wonderful job. 10/10.
Really enjoyed having a pedicure by the lovely Nok, loved my treatment! glad to see them busy and even saw a little girl enjoying her morning with her nana getting her nails painted. Highly recommend!Service: Pedicure
