Some of the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. Our rental car we had paid for didn't work and after waiting around for an hour for the "mechanic" she then told us we had to pay an "upgrade" fee to get a different rental! Overall awful experience and incredibly rude staff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

same scheming people trying to steal money off you as Quality Car Rentals. Be aware. I can only pray to god that they dont trap more travellers. STAY AWAY!!!!! THEY WILL BE YOUR REOCCURING NIGHTMARE!!!

super rude service and rip offs. gives you death traps and tries to steal money off you!

Got a good deal. A few hiccups with payments that were sorted out effectively. Friendly service, but make sure you know exactly where the Auckland Airport pickup point is.
