We offer a New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 3, and a New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 4 (pending NZQA approval).
Both of our courses are really hands-on! You'll learn in the classroom and spend lots of time in the commercial kitchen. Even better, you’ll put the skills you have learnt into practice, running the on-site restaurant and preparing meals for guests, just like being a professional chef.
