Absolutely brilliant service. Molly had such a big groom her first proper cut! and I'm so pleased to finally see her! She had previously been for a puppy trim and id felt nervous leaving my fur baby for the first time but honestly I couldnt have left her in safer hands! Tania and Simone are just amazing through and through. Their love just shines! Their professionalism and their knowledge is amazing and I can't recommend them enough!
This was my 6 month old Welsh Terriers first cut And she did have quite a lot of knots and matting to her fur .. but the 2 ladies did a fantastic job on my Gwen .. they settled her down and got on with the cutting and bathing also nails clipped and pads all cleaned including inside her ears .. gave me plenty of tips on how to look after my dogs health.. rebooked for another visit in a couple of months.. very very pleased with their service.
Tania and Simone are two lovely ladies who are so passionate about their jobs. They are the only groomers I take my five cats to and can’t fault them. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring. You can tell they truly love animals and I feel confident leaving my fur babies with them. 10/10! My cats love them both and feel so much better after their pamper session.
I absolutely love these groomers. They are incredibly kind and attentive to the animals that they groom. My cat Chewie always comes home looking and smelling wonderful. At this groomers the animals are the number one priority as they should be. I shall never use another groomers for the cats I have. Absolutely wonderful groomers 10/10.
A truly amazing groomers!!! My cat was in need of a pamper, I called up and Tania explained the whole process to me and managed to find me a slot which I was so grateful for. You can really tell that Tania and Simona care so much about the animals and will go above and beyond. My cat is so much happier now she’s had her de-shed and hygiene trim and she came back smelling AMAZING. So so so glad I found this place, could not be happier!!!
My little old man has never felt so good in his new haircut ready for the heatwave, we’ve been to purrfect and pooch with my other cat who had a de-shed and wash and he came out feeling so much better and refreshed! I cannot recommend Tamina and Simone enough they really care for my baby’s as if they were their own and give them lots of cuddles and kisses, Dexter will definitely be coming back as he’s getting older and can’t keep up with his fluffy for aswell as he could before
We’re taking both our cat and dog here and they absolutely love the pampering Tania and Simona are very professional and passionate about what they’re doing Waiting for our next appointment now! Our 2 cats had their first groom today and we are so thrilled with the results! The people seem super knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell they really do love animals, they came home smelling and looking amazing will definitely only come here from now on :
