Was here to get my daughter her first kitten and she chose chilli. Bond for life
Picked up two of our cats here, Gabriel and Sabrina. The team is very helpful in answering questions. We were allowed to see some of the cats up close and decide if they were right for our home. Great customer service and it's evident that staff are motivated and passionate about their work.
Respectful, caring, friendly and professional. We always adopt our pets from here. My fur baby is 9 years old now and we thank RSPCA for having her prior to adopting her. Wish I could adopt all the pets here.
Surrendered a German Short Haired Pointer puppy I found lost in my street. Was advised it would be rehomed to an adoption centre within 48 hrs. Some ppl went to adopt him the next day from the RSPCA, were told no such dog had been surrendered. What's the bet he was put down the day I surrendered him
I would give them 0 stars if I could. They refused to tell me what was wrong with my cat. Never giving me a definite answer as to whether my cat has renal disease or not but they were more than happy to tell my pet insurance that she did. The staff are extremely rude. All they want is your money. RUN AWAY.
