Story

Lavender products, catering & venue for events

"Purple Haze Lavender Farm is an iconic, working farm located in Sequim, WA. We grow, harvest, process and distill all of our lavender and other crops using organic farming and processing practices, only. We offer a fun and delightful array of products year-round in our online store and here at our farm store, which is open seasonally. In mid-June our ice cream and beverage stand opens up, where you can enjoy authentic lavender ice cream or a tasty lavender lemonade. Our farm also features a small orchard and a flock of frisky chickens. Starting in late June, you can pick your own bundle of lavender from our fields. Lovely picnic areas framed by weeping willows invite you to relax and take in the sights and scents of our farm."

Aroma was amazing. Ice cream was great. There were so many different things made of lavender. The farms were beautiful. It is worth your time to come here.
This destination is just 'End of the Rainbow' cool any time of year. Find a happy place to roll around on the grass and enjoy.
Drove to this place from Seattle. The drive was beautiful, Sequim is a very calm and charming town. You can smell the lavender as you get close to the farm. There are several lavender farms in the valley. The farm looked peaceful and beautiful, smelled amazing as well. There is an I cream shop which sells lavender ice cream and a gift shop selling lavender themed items. They were selling lavender bouquets too. I had a great time visiting the farm and would highly recommend checking this place out in the lavender season.
All of the staff were very friendly, in the gift shop and at the ice cream shop as well. Prices are on the high side for the ice cream, but that is expected when you’re kind of paying for the experience. There was only 2-4 rows of lavender that was just starting to open up, as stated, they are in full bloom towards the end of the month. Such a beautiful and serene place to stop by. First time at a lavender farm so it was super cool! In the front was a large distillery machine for their fresh oil. Pets are allowed on a leash and with clean up! There is also a super cute cabin on the grounds that says it is available for rental! Budget friendly, family stop if you’re in the area and in search of something to do!
We visited the lavender farm on July 17th. I read about the lavender festival on their website and was expecting a lavender bloomed garden but very few rows bloomed. The farm was beautiful but wish they mentioned the right time to visit the farm on the website with a beautiful sight of bloomed lavender My kids enjoyed the face painting station. Though it was extra money. the Person in charge did a great job. I would give 5 star for her. We got lavender white chocolate ice cream. It was more white chocolate I could hardly taste lavender. The staff at the ice cream stand was friendly. We went to a gift shop. I saw a board with 3 magnets. I liked one particular and asked the person in charge if they have 2. The person in billing said the ones on the board are all they have. My husband noticed two trays full of magnets on the counter. I asked if I can check that, and she said yes and I was able to find the magnet I was looking for. She need not look the magnet for me but at least could have told to me check in that tray. Not sure if she was new or rude to care about the customer.
A beautiful little stop on our road trip. Though we came in September when the lavender was generally harvested, there were still blossoms to see and smell. They allow you to pick your own. There is also ice cream for sale.
Great lavender smells and good spot for photo shoots. They also have decor chairs placed near the fields. There is a small ice cream shop and a gift store as well. Gift shop has lavender creams , fresh cut lavenders and other products. Parking is limited. Gravel road for about 0.1 miles.
A beautiful lavender farm. It can be visited for free if you don’t need to pick lavender. It has a small gift shop that is selling some hand-made stuff. I like the hand-made soaps. They smell so good.
Gorgeous location, great ice cream!
Awesome lavender farm out in the Sequim countryside! Don't miss this place during Lavender Fest. Immaculate grounds complement the rustic architecture and a lovely gift shop with awesome staff. Not far off the 101, easy to get to. This is a great location for photographs, very idyllic, and they host events as well. Have fun at the Fest! Olympic Otter
