My family have been seeing John as our physio over the past 7 years. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our treatment programs be it for Gym injuries , sprained ankles or my scoliosis. John is gentle and realistic with the at home treatments he recommends. I would highly recommend for physio treatment.

I went to see John for 2 slipped discs my L4 & L5, I couldn't really walk and had limited mobility when I first went to physio and had a dissectomy approved and awaiting to happen, since going to pure physio I havw gained 90% mobility and have limited pain I am able to live life a lot freer because of the treatment I have received and I cannot be happier and more thankful!!

John was recommended to us with amazing reviews of his work with cheerleading injuries. Right from day one John was amazing with communicating and explaining things to my daughter and I. He’s helped us understand specialists notes and put together plans to help a complex injury. He is dedicated to ensuring the very best care for my daughter and his communication it’s outstanding. We would 100% recommend John for all your physio needs.

I'm generally a very active person but I had hurt my back over a year ago and it affected my sciatica. I had been to a chiropractor, osteopath, acupuncturist, I was taking Tramadol and even had an MRI to find out what was going on because I could barely walk any distance. Went to John and within six to eight weeks I was back to normal and am now doing yoga three times a week. Cannot thank him enough and would highly recommend him to anyone who is having trouble with their back.

My back has ached for as long as I can remember and nothing I had done previously would help.  Within 3 weeks of seeing John I had majorly improved mobility and could do the things I had been avoiding due to pain. John seriously knows his stuff and to top it off he's a really friendly guy. I would recommend him to anyone!

John was great with helping my daughter, who had fallen off a horse. He put her at ease and calmed my nerves! We will definitely be going back in the future.

John is a great physio. He's easy to get along with, friendly and easy to talk to and does a great job!

Highly skilled physio with a knowledge across sports injury that has really helped. Also has a very good sports massage therapist onsite who is top notch.

No bull physio that gets to the bottom of your problems.  Just make sure you do your exercises...or if you don't, don't blame the physio for not getting better!!

John is a great physiotherapist. He is friendly and helpful.
