Its safe to say that this is the best hair salon i have been to after visiting so many salons for hair color and cut.I had been looking for a hairstylist for a few years and i am so glad i came across Madele. This is my hair salon for 2 years now , my trusted hairdresser Alvin has left and he was the only one I trusted when it comes to my hair colour as he’s done an amazing work all the time and was truly an asset in the business . After he left, I was hesitant and was having a second thought if I should get my hair done here again but Madele did not disappoint me at all! Her work is amazing! It’s crazy what hair can do! It made me regain my confidence again. She listened oh what and how I want my hair to look like and I am more than happy with the result and got heaps of compliments. Her customer service is definitely a 5 star as she didn’t mind me at all working from my phone while I’m having my hair done at the same time. I went here last weekend to go back to dark.nAsh did my colour and Grace rinsed out the colour. It was a perfect experience, nice and peaceful I felt so relaxed as I find it hard to keep conversations going and Grace was so great and rinsing out my hair I almost fell asleep from the head massage. Such a nice experience, and I love the colour!
The team are very friendly and the atmosphere is good, but I was very unhappy with the outcome of my hair. I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted and the outcome looked nothing like the inspiration photo. I contacted the salon and we did come to some type of resolution, but I ended up spending another $500 somewhere else to fix what they had done. A waste of time and money for everyone.
Vic is an absolute magician. She works with you and for you; making sure you look and feel amazing! She has great chats and makes you feel so comfortable the whole time. I cannot thank her enough for her skills and kindess, and am so looking forward to seeing her again soon. She’s well worth your time!
