Story

Nestled on the side of a sunny, sheltered valley Punga Lodge looks out over native bush and bird life, just 150 metres from Little Oneroa Beach with its beautiful white sand swimming beach and 12 minutes walk to the main village of Oneroa.

A mix of self contained units and en suite bed and breakfast rooms, all with private decks, provides a range of accommodation for single travellers, couples and families.

Punga Lodge is renowned its hospitality and especially the complimentary homemade afternoon teas served each day to all guests the main lodge deck overlooking native bush or delivered to your room or unit.

Punga Lodge has a spa pool in a private room available for bookings at no extra charge. And every room and unit has free wireless internet connection and is serviced daily.

But if it's sea views you want, then Tawa Lodge with its panoramic views over Oneroa Bay from its hill top location is the place to stay.

There's a mix of self contained units from the premium Aroma Del Mare honeymoon cottage to a wing of three bed and breakfast rooms - ideal for the budget conscious traveller.

Little Oneroa Beach with its beautiful white sand swimming beach is a six minute walk from Tawa Lodge and it’s a 12 minute walk to the main village of Oneroa.

Tawa Lodge welcomes honeymooners, couples and single guests but is not suitable for young families (family accommodation provided at Punga Lodge).
