Had a Scala2 house water pump  installed four years ago and it failed after two years. This was replaced free of charge, although I had to pay for the labour. Again, after two years this pump failed also. Contacted P&F four days ago and explained we were in dire straights without water to the house and assured I would be contacted by a service person. Nothing, no contact and only talking to an answer phone. In desperation called competitor and they came out straight away and installed a new pump. Not a Scala2 !!!! and now all good.

Best service,  great product,  super helpful.  Will keep coming back
