Recommended. Lisa was super helpful with booking a screen replacement on my car.. twice. The guys turned up on time and smashed out the job quick smart, no pun intended. Not the cheapest in South Auckland but you get what you pay for so keep that in mind when cross shopping.
The team here are amazing! , Great service and even gave me a coffee voucher for a cafe near by while I waited.

I have used Dave and his service a few times in the past no problems, BUT today was a very very different experience, Dave himself called me and ripped into me as a customer, because his team didn't do their job properly, I asked for a glass for a ranch slider window. When I had no way of measuring the window accurately I was instructed by Lisa the receptionist that using an a4 paper should work, I gave her the measurements and ended the call, I later found a measuring tape, measured the window as per Lisa's instructions and went back in person to give the new measurements, once I arrived home the window was too small, I needed a window asap as I have 3 kids and a open window is not safe, when I found an emergency glass company After hours they came out measured it and gave me the correct window, when i called Daves company this morning and told them about the window, Dave the owner called me himself not as a friendly business owner, but rather angry and ripped into me I was told it's my fault and that there won't be a refund and that I should have waited for someone to come out and measure it, but that was never offered as a service. Dave left me a single 27 year old mum of 3 in tears, once asked what I should do with the glass, Dave said "do what you want with it" he's not refunding me.

Great local business. Exceptional customer service. I had a very down to earth and practical interaction. I was late with a full windscreen drop off and called very apologetically and they were very understanding.
Seriously, this is what good honest reliable and reputable business's are all about. Customer service was a pleasure, pricing was considerably cheaper than smith and smith, they had availability and were able to assist me in the same week. Very very impressed guys, keep up the great work
Average experience here. They gave me a reasonable quote but couldn't fix my window as I was missing a seal. Didn't give me any alternate ways to get it fixed and I had to source a second hand widow with a seal from a wreckers. Once I had the window they replaced it for me for a reasonable price.
Expensive and customer service could be better. I wasn't advised of how long a windscreen takes when I booked it never had one replaced so didn't know the process. Unfortunately the other companies I contacted for quotes either didn't reply or replied after I booked here. Other companies were cheaper than this place.
