You need to get the digital signs working or have someone up on the overbridge directing which train is leaving next. This adhoc voice direction isn't good enough. 3 bloody trains at the station and everyone is guessing which one was departing first. Bloody shambles.
Beautiful clean station. Trains always on time. Very limited parking available as usual with all city council buildings and amenities.
Awful conductors whoever they are, rude. Unhelpful. Never had to use the card thing, but made getting hime from hospital a nightmare.
If there were tiolets on platforms 1 & 2, and the passenger lift on platforms 3 & 4 was larger, the new station would have been the benchmark for future upgrades all over Auckland. However it is still a big improvement from what we had in the past.
Excellent trip from Pukekohe Station to Britomart Station. Then, the NX1 bus to Orewa, return. What a wonderful trip. Thx to AT Hop Gold.
