Omg this place is awesome!!! Great deals and loads of different things to look through. Staff are wonderful and fabulous to deal with! Must visit!!!
I was looking to purchase an entertainment unit, saw one that I liked that to be fair was in pretty average condition, scratches and veneer was peeling and was priced at about $600.nnWhen I approached the person behind the counter to query if there was any room for movement in the price, I was greeted with nothing but rudeness. They have the worst customer service, granted the condition of some of their pieces of furniture they really need to consider aligning some of their prices with some of the local op shops.nnWill never ever return to this awful shop. They need to upskill in training their staff to be more polite and welcoming when selling such poor quality items.
We have had a really bad experience,only wanted our payment for lounge furniture we brought,told us would pickup and take our older suite but didn't and despite them calling and stating they were coming to pick it up they failed to do so,no phone call to advise us what was happening,we moved and cancelled appointments we had for over two days expecting them to keep to what was discussed.on top of that our new suite was put together lopsided which made it difficult to pull apart and put it together properly.very upset by the whole experiencenWe expected more as we have purchased a lot from them and I really like their products.their reply is a complete lie as per usual with them,old suite was cleaned up,looked like new and new owners are beyond happy.businesses should not lie about what happened,if they do don't deal with them.they are full of it.further we have photos to prove what great condition our replaced REAL leather lounge suite was in,just made lounge too crowded
Absolutely disgusted by the service of the nasty rude people that own this store, I purchased a wardrobe off Facebook through these people and paid $1100 immediately via stripe an option they provided only to receive numerous emails telling me I was a time waster and had not paid even after sending proof of payment, when I arrived to collect the owners were both arrogant, rude, dismissiv, insulting and swearing at me I was embarrassed to be belittled and harassed publicly, he even suggested I was on drugs?! I’ve never experienced anything like the rude aggressive behaviour displayed there, from previous reviews this is a regular accuracy….nThey both refused to assist me telling me I hadn’t paid then offering to refund me, what one was it I paid or I didn’t? After all this publicly infront of other customers I was told they would not help load this large heavy antique wardrobe smugly saying that’s my problem pushing the wardrobe outside and suggesting I cut it in half to move it myself, I can’t believe I was treated this way by supposed professional dealers in trade, I will never again deal with these people and wish to warn others to avoid being put in the same position. I have no idea what these people’s problem is or why they feel so entitled to treat anyone let alone a paying customer publicly in there store so rude and aggressively and think nothing of it, I am owed an apology but I’m sure all they will provide is a lie to blame me somehow for paying for and picking up my purchase?! Mind blowing……..DISGUSTING
Dave was poor to deal with. Was trying to get table sorted for pick up. Told me not to be demanding. Great customer skills not. Finally got it only to find table was filthy under the wrapping. So would question his shop cleanliness.
