Item I purchased was off or ingredients not stored correctly. I let them know that the product was not safe. They respond in a discourteous demeanour, and would not remove item from shelf to prevent others from potentially getting sick.
Had the lemon slice and after one bite felt like spewing as it was obvious something in it was off possibly the milk. Had to spit it out and brush teeth. Called them and they were not helpful so took the item and other items not yet consumed in. They refused to refund or replace and said it was how it was. Very discussed with this place and how they handled the situation. Clearly the food is stored too long or the products to make it were not check or not stored correctly.
I went to this bakery recently and bought a couple of items. My sister tried the slice that we bought and it was disgusting, clearly the slice or one of the ingredients in it was expired. When my brother in law went back to talk to the bakery staff about it they were extremely racist towards him and refused to give a refund or even an apology. Disgusting, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I went in to see if there was anything I could eat but there were no plant based/no dairy options. If it was plant based I wasn't so sure...better options and better food needed.
