We are extremely happy with the care and attention our daughter receives at Pukeko Preschool Papatoetoe. Shelly Nand, Babita Chawla, Savitri Devi, Tejinder Kaur, Mere Lawrence, Salvacion De Guzman, Michelle Oporto and Miriama Ieru do an excellent job in ensuring her daily activities are fun, educational, and safe. Im glad i choose pukeko preschool for my child. It is really nice knowing your child is in good hands. Especially teacher Salvacion De Guzman. Teachers are all hands on attending children. And thats what i want in this school. They are all trained with a heart.

As a parent deeply concerned about my child's well-being, I find it necessary to express my disappointment with Pukeko Daycare, where my child has been enrolled since November last year. The paramount concern in any daycare facility should be the safety and welfare of the children. Unfortunately, this foundational principle seems severely lacking at Pukeko Daycare. Regrettably, my child experienced bullying from classmates, and the response from the staff was woefully inadequate. The teachers at Pukeko Daycare displayed a troubling level of irresponsibility. It was painfully evident that they were neither sufficiently trained nor equipped to ensure the well-being of the children under their supervision. How is it possible for a child to experience bullying under the vigilant eyes of teachers who are ostensibly responsible for their safety? Equally concerning is the lack of communication from the staff. When I brought my child's distressing experience to their attention, I was met with indifference and a string of excuses. It was apparent that addressing the serious concerns of a distressed parent was not their priority, as they seemed more inclined to sweep the matter under the rug. To make matters worse, they even attempted to place blame on my child for the altercation. In conclusion, my time at Pukeko Daycare has been nothing short of disappointing and distressing. The evident lack of accountability, coupled with the neglectful behavior of the staff, has compelled me to withdraw my child from their care. I strongly urge fellow parents to exercise caution and consider alternative daycare options that prioritize the safety and well-being of our children.
