Quaint cafe with very friendly staff and laid back atmosphere. Stopped for a quick cuppa and toastie. Food was simple but tasty. Will return if in the area. Tables outside are nice. Order up at the counter before sitting.
Nice lovely afternoon with a platter & tea, friend of course.
Soggy microwaved pies just doesn't cut it, especially for the price. I want tourists to leave NZ raving about kiwi pies. Not to eat rubbish like that. To make it worse my coffee was luke warm. Really disappointing. Maybe their tea is ok I didn't try it, but who can't make a cup of tea.
Authentic European Style Coffeeshop. Get the scone with cream and jam. This is superb. Jamaican pie is superb as well.
Best cafe in the area with wonderful home made tasty food unlike other cafes that just buy in thier cakes. Coffee is just as good and cafe and grounds are well kept. Top of the list to take an overseas visitor to.
