Palmerston public toilets are well maintained if basic facilities. The mens and womens toilets were both being cleaned at about 9:30am on a weekday when we stopped by, and as we were on a tight schedule we couldn't wait until the cleaning had completed. We used vacant disabled toilet near the back corner of the building on the road side. It was ok. The only thing is the water tap on the hand basin was a little hit and miss - so you could end up splashing most of the water around if you're not prepared. But there was plenty of everything needed to do your business and then wash and dry your hands.nThere is parking right outside and it appeared to be a popular facility.
Toilets had just been cleaned which was good. I couldn't actually use them as I had cast on foot & couldn't risk getting it wet. Any other time they are really clean & easily accessible.
As far as public toilets go, this one is good. Always find it to be clean and there is parking right outside for cars trucks need to park a little further back up the road.
Always clean and tidy. Last time time 22/12/19 the lock malfunctioned however and I had to climb my way out lol
