Clearly just been cleaned when I came in at seven thirty. Hooks to hang your clothing although the shower does spray everywhere, so don't take too much stuff. Water was tepid at best, rather than hot, but hey, it's free! Much appreciated

I ordered a small salad with a side of aioli, bacon, and a green smoothie. The smoothie wasn't green, and my salad was definitely overcooked. The waiter was really calm, though and promised me a refill on my aioli. I credit him with his authenticity and fine demeanor. Not many joints provide such excellent service at 3:30am.
I came from Te Paki coastal walk and I was really craving for a hot shower. This is it. Yeah, the bathroom is dirty and smelly, but I'm not here to complain about it. This is the first time I've seen something in NZ that takes poor people into consideration. This is a free bathroom/shower and it must remain this way. I just wanna make one suggestion: put a donation box inside it and use the money to pay someone to keep it as clean as possible. If the donations are enough, maybe a free soap dispenser would be great too for the poor. I would definitely have donated something to help this gem to prosper.
