As the past 20 years , our family alway stop at the Huntley riverside toilet to use the facilitymy dad love to stop here and take his favourite picture of the power station every sign time a part of night time as you can see it is lovely! Doesn’t matter what season and what time - a part of evening which is nobody can see anything in the dark there is a out door table which on side of the river you will enjoy your Picnic with a lovely river view in front of you
A decent and relatively clean toilet that you can use on your way to Rotorua or back. It's close to an area where a lot of folks park their vehicles and have breakfast. You can see a power plant on the other side of the river.
Huntly Picnic Area has very nice view.
Nice and clean toilets also play ground for kids to have a play and stretch, also a great fast food stand to get drinks and seafood called Mr Mussel Man
Easy place to stop at during traveling. Good condition and clean. Plenty of space for parents taking small children and a little playground for them to stretch their legs.
