Public toilets & parking area at the bottom of the Ohope hill. The facilities are a bit dated but they're clean and there is toilet paper so you can't ask for much more really. Location is fantastic, right on the beach with kowhai & pohutukawa around the place. The car park isn't an overnight park so no camping is permitted.
The public toilets are artfully painted with native flora and fauna, they are clean, spacious have changing rooms and surfers can have a rinse outside after their swim/surfing..
they stink most of the time
