Absolutely love coming to ProSkin. My first visit with Ashleigh was amazing and she took the time to understand my skin needs and the correct treatment for me. My second visit with Hayley was also amazing. Hayley was so lovely and explained the treatment to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Skin Needling all my aftercare was given to me and I can feel the improvement in my skin and confidence!! Thank you both. I can’t wait to continue my skin journey.
The only regret is I never found them sooner! Have had 2 treatments with Hayley so far and she is so welcoming and makes you feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. Booked in for more treatments all the staff are lovely very happy with my results thank you :

From entering the clinic I felt welcomed and comfortable, Hayley was lovely and explained each treatment. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended family and friends as the results after one facial is incredible! I visited the clinic a few days ago to have a large skin tag from my neck and milia spots around my eyes removed, I was very nervous but Hayley made me feel very reassured and explained everything she was going to do. Yes the removal was a bit uncomfortable and yes my grandchildren are looking at me a little strange as I am looking a little puffy and scabby around my eyes but I know it will be worth it in a few weeks when I am all recovered. Hayley also booked me in for a follow up appointment in 4 weeks to make sure that all is healed well, had a phone call today to make sure everything was OK and that I didnt have any problems Great service highly recommend.
I had my first Skin Needling session with Ashleigh yesterday. She spent time explaining exactly what she would be doing before she started, and then continued to talk me thru each step. I was interested in the science behind it, and Ashleigh was happy to explain. We talked about the continuing training that she enjoys at ProSkin. I am delighted that I have discovered this Company here in Gloucester.
I had a skin analysis with Ashleigh four weeks ago and came home with a tailored skin plan that has really made a difference to my skin! She was very lovely and explained the science behind the products and it clearly has made my skin better in just a month I then had a proglow treatment with Hayley today who was absolutely fantastic, the facial felt amazing and my skin felt completely brand new! And I’m very assured about the efficacy of the treatments here because everyone that works here has such flawless skin haha
Having never had micro-needling before I was a bit nervous about what to expect. Ashleigh was so kind, friendly and informative, and really put me at ease, involving me throughout the process. Pain was minimal and Ashleigh was very thorough throughout to ensure I got the most out of my treatment. Loving the results already
Professional, friendly and very welcoming. Hayley was lovely, she explained the procedure for xanthelasma removal and constantly checked in to see how I was doing during the treatment. I felt that I was in very safe hands. The whole procedure was very quick and I'm booked in for another treatment in a month to make sure all the xanthelasma has disappeared - I can't wait to see the results!
