Clear Property Management had been managing our place for the past 20 years. Their team are super experienced and really professional and helped tremendously with all aspects from maintenance to tenancy. Lesley and Tina are warm and fantastic people to work with and talk to. For my family and me the face of Clear Property Management was Tina Dunsmuir, the property manager for the rental home on Campbell Road One Tree Hill in which we lived as tenants for more than 3 years. Tina was great. She always tried to go the extra mile as our liaison with an absentee landlord who was inattentive and often unresponsive. She was our advocate, a role she willingly undertook in response to our desire to be model tenants. Clear Property Management is fortunate indeed to have her as a property manager. I would recommend without reservation both Clear Property and Tina for property management services.
We have occupied a spacious 3 br house in Mangerw for more than 4 years before we settled into our first home.buy. Professional Onehunga haa been very supportive from the very start. Tina our agent has been an amazing agent. We made to feel so at home and we were always told we were really good tenants, we considered the property our own home and took care of it. It's sad to leave but hoping the next tenants will look after the place as professionals onehunga looked after it very well.
Property management has never been so easy with them. As per their name stated they are the real professionals. I hardly need to do anything and they will arrange all services needed and keep me updated. Jenny is very experienced and I would definitely recommend her to anyone need a help with managing property.
Paper work was filed incorrectly from a property manager at this organisation and they have not made the effort to rectify this. We will be filing a complaint to the Real Estate Authority.
