I run the small class of people (2 people per class) both the practical and theory-based parts of espresso making, in a real café environment, with the opportunity to practice your skills after the course.

Training and practice in a real café: Our course is run at an established café in Wellington CBD. After course, excellent students will have a chance to practice your skills in a café.

Detail of the course:
• Class size: There is a maximum of only two students in each course. This allows you to get ample time with the tutor present.
• Course duration:2 hour session upon availability.
• Classes: There are option of classes for you : Beginning, Advance, Latte Art
The course is very much hands-on, designed to make sure that you are comfortable with the equipment and the coffee. There is very little theory involved. The course is all practical and you will spend 95% of the time on the coffee machine.
