Update 1: The CEO rang me, and he told me that is not Ravalioli is LiftLign 502L what I have qouted and invoiced That is what is what I received. What are you thinking from the pictures is Ravalioli or not? I ordered a 4 post lift ramp and they send me Ravaglioli £5000 more expensive : Phil Beresford send me a qoute and price me up a ramp, never mentioning a brand I was sure that will be Hunter but surprise. Do not deal with this men because of him I lost £8500 to due a pit for 'Hunter' ramp and on delivery day you will get another brand
Hunter alignment fitted at Camel Tyres over 7 months ago. Wifi fault in device since day one. Still not sorted. We call you back they say but they never do…Service: Wheel alignment
Excellent company with professional service - First rate with helpful and conscientious team.
Booked in a calibration and training, got it all confirmed, waited a whole month as that was the earliest slot available, did not show up on the day, phoned up and I was not on for that day, earliest next slot was just over 2 weeks away, AVOID THIS COMPANY. UPDATE - had them apologize and set date for Friday, then get an e-mail saying they are coming Saturday, I am guessing something happened as their reviews older than one year are glowing, I will keep this updated in case anyone is interested atall. UPDATE 2 - so they did come Friday, the engineer who came was awesome, really helpful and knows his stuff, so I guess its just the back end of this company that is a back end, sorry but I wont be using this company again, just sore from the whole experience, thanks for reading.
The hunter wheel aligner is fantastic, Aftersales care is shocking and I would not recommend the tyre changers, Tom is good member of there team
Bad experience so far, communication very bad, really feels like they don't care about the customer, no updates you have to chase up for everything.
Been using them for a number of years now and cannot fault their service
Always helpful and professional.
Exceptional service and the Hunter equipment is unbeatable
