What areas do I cover? - Currently I cover Welcome Bay and close surrounding suburbs. Tauranga Central, all suburbs up to Bayfair and Papamoa region. Anything outside of this circumference will need to be negotiated for travel costs and min clean times.
Do I have to be home when you clean? No, as long as I can gain entry with via key or security alarm code. Any keys provided to me will be kept safely and put away securely at the end of the clean.
What happens in the event of a mishap? In the event of a mishap while we I am providing this service, I will contact and inform you straight away and we can discuss how we sort any issues.
How can I pay for my service? Payment is required 7 days upon completion of our service either via internet banking or cash, for our regular clients we do prefer payments to be made via an automatic payment just for ease of records however we are flexible in this area if this arrangement is not suitable.
What do I do with my pets on clean day? I ask that on the scheduled clean day that all pets are kept out of the area that we are cleaning in, I am more than happy to accommodate your needs in this area so if you have any particular requests (letting the pets back in after we have finished etc) just let me know.
How can I know I can trust you? If you have any concerns about trust we are more than happy to provide you with my police records and you are welcome to read through reviews left by current/ previous clients.
Do I need to provide anything? I can supply all eco cleaning products and my own mops/vaccums however if you opt for the cheaper hourly rate then you will need to provide all products/tools.
Do you use the same cloths/mops for same areas in the house or different clients houses? At Pristine Clean I like to to provide a service as to what I would personally expect, for each area in your house i use a different coloured cloth so as not to cross contaminate, for each client I have individual cloths/mop heads personally for them, this is so that i do not cross contaminate between private houses.
What days do you work? Although i prefer to do all our regular cleans from Monday through to Friday under special circumstances including one off cleans we will work on either Saturday or Sunday to work in with your needs.
Equipment: I can provide everything, from eco friendly cleaning products to the mops and cloths. I have very strict standards when it comes to our cleaning materials, and have colour coded cloths for different areas of the house and use disposable cloths for in the toilet. At each house I provide personal mop heads and cloths which we use only for your house so as to avoid the potential for cross contamination between private residences,these are washed after each service is completed.
Confidence: I understand that letting strangers into your home is not an easy thing to do, how can you know that you can trust them, what happens if they damage your property... at Pristine Clean I pride myself on being trustworthy and honesty, before we carry out any services I prefer to meet with you first so that you know who will be entering your private space, I have police record check that I can present to you if required. I pride myself on customer satisfaction and provide a 100% guarantee of my service, if you are not 100% happy then neither am I and will return (if reported 24 hours from the service) to amend the problem so that I can turn your frown the other way around
