Mike was terrific when our clutch went in Seddon. He managed to arrange with his good mate Kevin to take us to a car hire place where we could then carry on our trip. We kept in touch with repair progress and he carried out the work thoroughly. The cost was as he predicted it would be. He even lent us a car for the last day so we wouldn't be stuck. Mike was a star and so was Kevinboth of them made our disaster bearable and with minimal fuss but huge effort from them. Thank you both so much for sorting us out.... We hope to see you again, but will definitely recommend you.
I'm sorry, but our service experience wasn't as glowing as the previous posts. We got our campervan stuck during the recent heavy rain event and rang for towing assistance. We were told that they were too busy to assist and when requested for other options were basically hung up on. Not being from the region, we had no idea where the go for assistance, so it was disappointing not to atleast be given advice where we could get towing help from.

Fantastic service. We blew up just outside Seddon towing caravan and with two dogs on board; limped in to PMC. Mike quickly and accurately diagnosed blown head gasket and cracked head. He organise the towing of the caravan to the local DOC campsite, then checked if dogs were permitted and when they were found to be not, located a very quiet campsite that would take us all in Seddon. Mike had the head stripped, radiator out and both components into Blenheim for refurbishment asap. He kept us informed all the time, lent us a courtesy car when ever we needed it and could not have been more helpful. Excellent and tidy repairs allowed us to continue the holiday after 4 nights in sunny Seddon. A great team at PMC - you can trust them to do a great job on your vehicle.
