My training philosophy centres around using evidence based training methods, educating my clients and athletes rather than just training them and placing importance on movement quality first and foremost. I take a very personalized, structured, systematic approach to training and believe every inclusion in a training program needs to be easily justifiable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Sport & Recreation (Sport & Exercise Science)
- ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach
- Diploma in Advanced Exercise Prescription
- Diploma in Sport Management & Exercise Prescription

-Strength and conditioning for individual and team sports
-Individual personal training
-Small group personal training (maximum of 3 people)

-Training for athletic performance (competitive and recreational)
-Joint friendly training & injury management (training safely around pain, restrictions & previous injuries)
-“Functional” strength and hypertrophy training
-Powerlifting specific training
-Rehabilitation (in conjunction with your physiotherapist) and post-rehabilitation
