This is a store that genuinely tries to give the best possible customer service. Their prices are certainly competitive. In particular Greg really helped out getting the Makita tools that I wanted sourced and delivered. Their Makita tools are supported by the manufactures 5 year warranty. Unlike many of the other competitors who only offer 1 year dealer warranties. Definitly recommend this company.
Michael Enger is an awesome guy to deal with. Bought me a Makita Vacuum and other bits and bobs for a real good deal. Best place to be if your in doubt Michael surely can make your day great with an offer you surely can’t refuse. Have been to bigger companies like Mitre10 and Bunnings for the same product but was hefty in price and the last resort was PT Onehunga which was referred to by TIS Manukau who could only book for delivery next week but I needed it ASAP. This was one of the best of the best referral I have ever had.
Exceptional as always. Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and their selection is unparalleled in Auckland. Highly recommend if you ate a trades person.
Selection was good. Pricing was ridiculous. $200 saving buying through other reputable companies based on their ticketed price. Was offered a $100 discount on a $400 item and that's still $60 more than competitors
Got my power tools serviced and power leeds changed while l waited. I had few quotation and none of them were close to there price. Also suprise to see the wide range of power tools on display.

Great selection of power tools especially battery tools of high quality brands. Very knowledgeable staff and very competitive prices. I'll definitely be back for my tool needs.
They claim to be the cheapest and they are that's why they are so well-known in Auckland.
Hands down the BEST place to buy power tools, and anything else tool related. Staff have excellent knowledge of the products they sell. And at a very competitive price.
