Great͏ understanding of our needs and matching that to the market We chose Matt to sell our house based on previous experience with Matt and the Powers Realty team. We were after a point of difference in a market that seemed crowed with the same sales approach and marketing material. We wanted our house to stand out from that as soon as we went on sale. Professional͏ and Energetic approach Matt and his team took the bull by horns and set about doing what they do best. Selling houses. The house was reorganised and advice given on how to present it at it's best for prospective buyers. Matt's team looked at who they had on their books that were in the market and viewings were conducted on the first day. Photography looked great and the story and media presentation was top notch.
