Potent offers equine-led, soul-centred growth and healing for individuals and groups.

Story

We provide equine-assisted learning and coaching programmes for anyone, of any age, who wants to grow, learn or heal through interacting with horses.

In everything we do, we have two aims. The first is to offer a high-quality professional service to our clients that supports them to live happier, more fulfilling lives. The second is to change how people see horses - recognising them not as tools, toys, or props for the human ego, but as guides who can show us how to meet the individual and collective challenges we face with grace, courage, and creativity.

We welcome enquiries from individuals, families, community organisations, businesses, schools, and other groups. We are also committed to finding creative ways of bringing this work to the widest possible audience. "I'm a registered adult psychotherapist and equine-assisted learning and coaching practitioner. I work with a broad range of clients, but I specialise in working with people who have experienced significant developmental trauma and/or neglect, including people who have chronic depression, anxiety, suicidality, or a diagnosis of Borderline or other personality disorders. I offer talking therapy, equine-assisted psychotherapy, or a mixture of both, depending on clients' needs and interests."
