Tracey is so lovely and was so happy to help me over the phone. I live in Auckland and was in desperate need of the next size up top which were all sold out online and Rotorua are one of the last stores to have stock of this size so my husband could be matching with the kids and I on Xmas day. She was so easy to deal with and made me feel like she would do everything so I could get this shirt before Xmas. 10/10 service for me! Xmas disaster evaded!

Wonderful shopping experience. Staff made my niece and her friends day after the had been verbally abused by horrible cotton on Rotorua staff. Who closed early. They wished her happy birthday and put them at ease. In 15mins they were able to buy 2 sweatshirts, trying them on hair clips and lip glosses. I am so grateful for their kindness, it really made their day and the girls love their matching outfits. Thank you, Thank you. :
Great service and lovely staff
Friendly staff members with nicely stocked clothes. The prices are very friendly to your wallet, and the quality of the product is good. The sizes are on the larger side, so makes it very hard to find any clothes if you're on the petite side of the scale.

Always a clean tidy store, with great staff. Little disappointed in the variety of dresses this year, usually they have a great selection. This year they all seem very similar in style.
My 2 girls love popping in Postie when we're in town having a girly day. We rarely come out empty handed.
