Wide range of regular wear, soft toys, sun glasses, beauty products and accessories for ladies, gents, boys, kids, toddlers and all. Reasonably priced.
Store is huge! Clothing for literally everyone, can be messy at times but it's just one of those things in retail. The staff crew are friendly and helpful : can be quite busy though. Always good to go in when it's sale time, can find some great bargains! Id definitely recommend checking them out
Such a bad experience I received in your store yesterday. Poor customer service from an old lady named Ana Auvaa who works there in the front counter no greetings and eye contacts when I said hello . She literally rolled her eyes when I said hi! I wasn’t impressed with her , personally found her very rude & impolite .Could you please train her to smile because she looks utterly ugly with her big eyes that rolls at customers. Lucky, I didn’t tell her off in front of customers coz my elderly aunty was there I didn’t want to upset her. If she’s having a bad day then go home or don’t bring her problems to work . At the end of the day ! You may lose customers and could affect your service because I pay for her minimum wage
We were served by a lady on customer service going by the name of Sefulu. This person gave us the worst customer service/so much disrespect and honestly have never seen more worse customer service in any other store I’ve ever been in!
Hugely disappointed to find that there is a $2 charge for “Click & Collect”!! Never was any before. This is a cheap trick on the part of Postie and I assure you it will leave a bad taste in the mouths of your many loyal clients! I have to spend my time and energy to go and collect from you and then end up paying you an additional charge?? To make matters worse, your choice to click and collect are only at some of your stores and not all. I have to go all the way to Lynn Mall to collect mine when my nearest Postie is at Onehunga!! It doesn’t make sense, does it?? Please do not reply and tell me that I should then opt for the courier. Look, for those shopping at the likes of Postie, Warehouse etc. every dollar makes a difference and that is why we opt for “Click and Collect”. When I buy a cargo short for $20 and “Click & Collect” is $2 – that is a 10% surcharge on the price!! I guess I will have to revert back to Warehouse!!
Always tidy. Good size change rooms with proper doors not curtains bonus Ladies that work there are always nice.
