Somehow via gosweetspot the company I bought an item off put an authority to leave instruction on my parcel. That's a separate thing I'm following up with them. However, in what world does the post haste driver think it's a good idea to leave it on the street in front of my apartment building? No one at this company uses their brain and my mind boggles that any company uses these people. Utterly useless!
I am so unhappy with the service from this company. I bought clothing which was extremely sentimental to me and I was very excited about. I was supposed to be getting it last Wednesday but it was delayed due to the weather which is fine but they claimed to deliver it on Thursday at 4:38pm and the driver signed for me without me knowing. I have been trying to deal with this for the last 5 days now and I am getting frustrated. I always get generic answers from the CSRS and they do nothing. Even the claims team emailed they wouldn't help me. I am so unhappy and this caused me so much stress.
Hasty courier didn’t bother knocking on the door we know that because my partner and flatmates were home the entire day. Website form doesn’t work without customer code which is not provided on the card and redelivery is charging a fee. No wonder I’ve never heard of Post Haste.
Post Haste are the carrier for pass the parcel. Shipping was supposed to be 2 working days but ended up being 4. Not too dramatic but started to worry me.nInstructions were to leave at front door as this was a shared property and I'm the back unit of 2. They put in letterbox instead. Not the end of the world, but it was a high cost item for me and front door would have been more secure. I would have preferred theses instructions to be followed. Pass the parcel confirmed these instructions were loaded in their system.
I was told my parcel was still in China because they didnt have my tracking number. I contacted temu and I was told it is definitely in new zealand. It was already 3 days late for delivery to my address. Temu said they would look for me. It arrived 24 hours later to me
